Motors and Moore – Saturday, Feb. 18th

The Moore County Airport will once again host the Sandhills Motoring Club’s Motors and Moore on Saturday, February 18th from 9am until 11am.

There is no registration or approval required for you to show your car. This event operates in the same fashion as our monthly Cars & Coffee events – simply show up, park, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow car enthusiasts!

If you do not have a car to display, you can still attend, spectator parking is located in front of the main airport terminal, and you may walk through the terminal to access the car show area.

Please follow all road and airport rules while on Airport property – the SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH. No revving of engines please! There will be Airport staff, as well as Club Officials, and volunteers actively monitoring traffic. Please exercise good judgement.

Public bathrooms are located inside the main terminal.

The Moore County Composite Squadron Civil Air Patrol U.S. Air Force Auxiliary will be selling coffee, hot chocolate and breakfast snacks during the car event as a fundraiser for their squadron, providing their young cadets with a valuable community service project.
